In 2008, working with the principals of WCI Brokers, Mr. Uhler formed a Northern Arizona division of WCI Brokers.  Mr. Uhler is the designated broker and principal of Comprehensive Business Services LLC which operates the Northern Arizona division of WCI Brokers.  This division employs six WCI agents and brings the full potential of 300+WCI listings to the Northern Arizona area.

Prior to becoming a principal of WCI Brokers, Mr. Uhler was WCI Broker's "Top Salesperson" for 7 out of 9 years and received numerous other awards and recognition.  Over the years, he assisted WCI with the training of new and established agents as well as being engaged to present to groups across the United States on Small Business Valuation and Acquisitions.  Mr. Uhler personally was self-employed since he was 17 years old.  He has worked as a financial consultant for small businesses, owned and sold his own service business that employed over 40 employees, and has owned and sold several investment properties.  In addition, Mr. Uhler continues to volunteer his time by serving on the Board of Directors for numerous non-profit organizations.

Dominic Femia

Mr. Femia has been with WCI Brokers over 17 years as an agent/Associate Broker. Dominic was the original agent responsible for opening up Northern Arizona and establishing new territories for WCI Brokers.

As a former multiple business owner, he is  experienced on both sides of the fence when it comes to dealing with buyers and sellers.

Jerry Crandall

Mr. Crandall has over 11 years business brokerage and commercial real estate experience on the WCI team, and over 18 years of management experience in major US pharmaceutical and medical device corporations. He received his Executive MBA from Duke University and holds a Masters degree in Medicinal Chemistry.

Jerry is a Certified Business Advisor with Growth 3, a national business consulting firm focused on corporate growth and value enhancement. Jerry is also a Certified Business Broker with the Arizona Business Brokers Association and serves as an Officer on its State Board of Delegates. Jerry was formerly a registered representative (Series 22) with the National Association of Securities Dealers and is a member of the Institute of Business Appraisers.

Jerry is a partner in two businesses and is the Company Manager for a start-up medical device manufacturer. Jerry utilizes his analytical skills and business acumen to develop pragmatic approaches to diagnosing value drivers, solving problems, and closing deals. Jerry enjoys developing exit planning strategies, facilitating the buy/sell process, and consulting with business owners about finance, operations, and how to create the maximum value in their businesses. He has prepared numerous appraisals, special reports, and evaluated over 400 businesses throughout Arizona.

Peggy Marsh

Peggy grew up in a successful business family and was fortunate to learn many aspects of business at a very early age. She graduated from Northern Arizona University in 1980 with a BFA in graphic arts and advertising.


For 28 years she co-owned and operated franchise hotels and a quick service franchise restaurant. She has a detailed understanding of business operations including sales, marketing, financial functions and customer service. She is excited to help buyers fulfill their dreams of owning a business and to assist sellers with preparing, marketing and transferring their business. She believes communication is instrumental in completing a transaction and in creating a positive selling and buying experience.  Peggy and her husband live in Flagstaff, they have two children.

Steve grew up in Texas and attended Texas  Christian University where he obtained a BS degree in Environmental Engineering. He has worked for several multinational manufacturing and service companies in electronics and specialty chemicals in management including regional and national sales management positions.  Steve has also worked in Asia for several years  where he was responsible for training local staff and growing the region. When Steve returned to the U.S., he chose to live in Northern Arizona where he became a small business owner.  The  experience with multinational companies as well as owning his own business serves Steve well in his role as an independent agent for WCI Brokers. He has extensive experience in profit and loss management and overall business management. Steve lives in Flagstaff with his wife Rattana whom he met while living in Asia.

Julia O'Kelley

Julia grew up in Colorado where she attended the University of Colorado and received a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. Her professional experience includes Supply Chain Management for several manufacturing companies. Along with a stint as the Performance Manager for several call centers around the U.S.

 

In 2006, Julia decided to leave the corporate world behind and follow her dream of becoming a small business owner. She purchased her first business, a pet supply store, and shortly after opened a second location. Her small business acumen along with her extensive analytical skills lends her the ability to help sellers and buyers fulfill their dreams of small business ownership. Her attention to detail and dedication make her a fine choice to help you sell and/or buy your business.

Julia lives in Young Arizona with her husband, where they currently own and operate a small propane company.

David has 15 years accounting experience in various small businesses.  He received his BA Accountancy degree from Northern Arizona University in 1993.  David has been a licensed agent since 1997 and a licensed broker since 2004.  In addition to ownership in several businesses, he has owned and managed residential rental units for 15 years.
